Furniture, wall beds and bunk beds
Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team rather than a standard courier. The delivery team contacts you to arrange a slot. Two-person delivery is included at no extra cost on all UK furniture orders.

Made-to-order items are built after you order, so the lead time above starts from the order date rather than from dispatch. In-stock artisan pieces leave the local warehouse on the courier timings above. The product page shows which applies. We contact you if a delivery date needs to change.
International delivery
Free shipping applies automatically once your order passes the threshold for your country. Delivery is 4–6 business days to all destinations below.

We use trusted global and local networks including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DHL and FedEx to make sure your order arrives safely.
Processing and dispatch
All courier orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.
Returns are not accepted at our registered office. Please start your return through the returns portal to receive the correct UK warehouse address.
Backorder items
Some furniture and bed items may be listed as backorder or Available to order on the product page. You can still order. Wall beds and bunk beds are built to order, then delivered by our two-person team. The product page always shows the earliest estimate.
