Check the product’s materials, finish, dimensions and storage layout, along with the access route into your room. Natural wood grain and colour can vary between pieces.

Does this product require assembly?

Assembly requirements vary by model. Read this product’s description and follow its supplied instructions, including wall fixing where required.

How do I care for this furniture?

Follow the care instructions for the specific wood finish or upholstery. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and heat; do not use a treatment unless it is suitable for that finish.

When will it arrive?

In-stock pieces typically arrive in 4–6 calendar days, including processing. Made-to-order pieces are typically delivered in approx. 8 weeks from order. The selected product’s stock and estimate are shown beside the price.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more, or €15.00 below that. Pieces are delivered from our EU warehouse, so there are no customs charges, import duties or extra taxes on delivery: the price shown is the price you pay.

Can I return it?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. See our refund policy for full conditions, including inspection rights, hygiene-seal exceptions and refund timings.
