Measure the room before choosing the bed
Check the complete configuration, including any cabinets. A competent installer must also assess the wall and installation clearance.
Wall width
Use the exact closed width. Each optional side cabinet adds 45cm; two add 90cm.
Open floor depth
Measure from the wall and allow space to walk around the bed. A tight fit needs its opening movement checked too.
Overall height
Include over-bed storage. Cabinet height is not the minimum ceiling height needed for assembly.
Wall and floor
Fix to suitable brick, concrete or structural timber. Have skirting, sockets and floor level assessed.
Two ranges, different mechanisms
CP · Spring-assisted
Spring mechanism, locking system and a 22mm laminated-board carcass. Match the mattress to the model instructions.
BC · Gas-assisted
Pneumatic assistance, soft-close support and internal shelves. The mattress and mechanism must be correctly balanced.

The questions that matter before a wall bed arrives. Check each product page for its exact model, dimensions and included items.
How do vertical and horizontal wall beds differ?
A vertical bed folds along the mattress length and usually needs less wall width but more open floor depth. A horizontal bed folds along its width, creating a lower, wider cabinet. Compare the exact figures on the product cards.
Does the price include storage, a mattress or a headboard?
Read the configuration title and included-items list. Cabinet bundles already include their named storage. A mattress is included only when selected. Headboards, sofas and lighting are optional unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.
Will the bed fit my room and my wall?
Check closed width, overall height and open depth, then allow assembly and walking space. A competent installer must assess the structural wall, fixings, floor and skirting. Plasterboard alone is not suitable. Contact us before ordering where clearance is tight.
Can I keep my own mattress and bedding?
Mattress size, thickness, weight and construction must suit the exact bed. Duvet straps are included, but a thick mattress, bulky bedding and a headboard may not all fit inside together. Never force the bed closed.
Are the accessories interchangeable between models?
No. BC and CP accessories differ, and headboards and over-bed units are size-specific. Product-page extras are matched to the selected bed and finish. Cabinet bundles do not offer the same included cabinet again.
Where are the assembly instructions and package sizes?
Each wall-bed page links its model’s assembly manual. For delivery access, send us the model, finish and your doorway or stair measurements so the exact package list can be checked. Assembled dimensions are not package dimensions.
How do delivery, returns and warranty work?
Delivery arrangements depend on the item and postcode. Read the delivery information and returns policy before assembly, and contact us for the written warranty terms for your chosen model. Ask about stairs or restricted access before ordering.
