Our Mission
kneepillow.co.uk launched in 2020 with a clear purpose: to bring clinically designed, orthopaedic sleep and comfort products to everyday UK households at fair prices. What started as a specialist knee pillow retailer has grown into a trusted destination for ergonomic support pillows, pregnancy pillows, lumbar cushions, wedge pillows, CPAP sleep aids, and premium seat cushions.

kneepillow.co.uk was founded in 2020 by AFA Ecommerce Limited, a registered UK company (Company No. 11688147, VAT: GB440399294, DUNS: 224531217). We identified a gap in the UK market for specialist orthopaedic comfort products that were genuinely effective, properly explained, and backed by real customer support — not just cheap imports with no guidance.
