Lumbar support cushions for chairs, cars and beds

Which shape? A lumbar roll is the smallest back support pillow: it tucks behind the lower back on a car seat, dining chair or sofa and travels in a bag. The Ergonomic Lumbar Support Back Cushion adds side supports to the lumbar curve and straps to an office chair or car seat. The Compact Lumbar Support for Office Chair & Travel and the full backrest reach higher up the back. The Weighted Lumbar Support Cushion stays put on a sofa or armchair without a strap, and the D-Shape Bed Back Support Pillow is the one for reading or resting in bed.

Where should it sit? Sit right back in the chair and place the cushion so it fills the hollow just above belt level, without pushing your shoulders forward. A small back support cushion is enough for a car or dining chair; choose a taller backrest for an office chair you sit in for hours. Every product page lists the size, filling and whether a strap is included.
