Frequently Asked Questions
Who makes this pillow?

What is it designed to help with?
Each model targets a specific need (neck, knees, elevation, seating). Match the product title and who-it-is-for copy to your sleep or sitting position rather than buying a generic hotel pillow.
How do I choose the right Putnams pillow?
Use our pillow finder or the benefit bullets on this page: pick by body area (neck, knee, back) and position (side, back, sitting).
Are covers washable?
Most Putnams covers are removable and washable — check the care line in the product details for this SKU.
Is it made for everyday home use?
Yes — sizing, fills and covers are specified for everyday home use. Delivery to the United Kingdom is shown at checkout.
When will it arrive?
UK delivery usually takes 2–4 calendar days from ordering, including processing and weekends. Delivery is free on orders of £39 or more, or £5 below that. Check the estimated delivery dates beside the price for this item.
Can I return it?

See our refund policy for full conditions, including inspection rights, hygiene-seal exceptions and refund timings.
What is the Rest-a-Back cushion used for?
The Rest-a-Back cushion is designed to provide additional support for the lower back while sitting.
How does the cushion stay in place?
The cushion uses a weighted counterbalance strap that rests over the back of the chair to keep it positioned correctly.

The cushion can be used on office chairs, car seats and home seating.
Is the cover removable?
Yes. The velour cover is removable and can be washed according to care instructions.
Where is the cushion made?
