Q: Are mattresses included?

You can choose between "Without Mattresses", "With Foam Mattresses", or "With Foam/Bonnell Mattresses" options. Foam mattresses are 8cm thick with increased hardness and cotton zipper covers. Bonnell mattresses are 13-15cm thick with open coil springs.

Q: What material is the bunk bed made from?

Our bunk beds are made from solid pine wood with a slatted bed base (also pine wood). They are painted with three-layered water-based spray paint rather than solvent-based paint for child safety. Available in 4 colours: White, Grey, Graphite, and Pine.

Q: Who should assemble the bunk bed?

We recommend assembly by two competent adults. The beds are made to order and require careful assembly following the included instructions. All necessary hardware is provided. The ladder can be attached to either side during assembly.

Wooden Bunk Bed Blanka with Trundle and Storage

A modern bunk bed with convenient drawers and a practical trundle for extra sleeping space. It is painted with a water-based paint. The Blanka is affordable, stylish, and built with solid pinewood construction which is extremely resistant to wear and tear.

Bed Clearance Height: 73.5cm (distance between bottom and top bed)
Ladder: Width 40.5cm; distance between steps 20cm. The ladder is universal and can be assembled on either side.
Safety Guards: Gaps are 6.5cm wide; bottom guard height is 31cm. The safety guard from the bottom bed can be removed at a later stage.
Storage Drawers: Fronts H11.5cm; Sides & Back H9cm. Includes 2x under-bed storage drawers.
Frame Material: Solid Pine Wood
Versatility: These beds can be taken apart and used as three separate beds.
Weight Limit: 90kg limit for each bed. Overall weight: 80kg.
Trundle Info: Trundle bed mattress is not included (required size: 180cm x 90cm x 8cm). Please be aware the trundle bed can only accommodate a foam mattress due to height restrictions.

The finish lets the wood grain detail shine through to provide fuller coverage (but not 100% opaque).
