The shipping email includes your tracking number and a courier link as soon as the parcel is collected.

How do I return a fragrance?

Keep the retail seal intact: an opened fragrance falls under the statutory hygiene exception and can only be returned if faulty. Contact us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within a further 14 days. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
